Chicken breast strips marinated and sauteed. Serve this dish with pasta or rice.
Ingredients
- 3 boneless, skinless, chicken breast halves
- 1/4 cup dry white wine
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil, divided
- 3 tablespoons lemon juice
- 3 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tablespoon dried parsley
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/8 teaspoon garlic powder
Directions
- Cut the chicken into 1 inch wide strips.
- In a large bowl, combine the wine, 3 tablespoons vegetable oil, lemon juice, Parmesan, Worcestershire, parsley, oregano, salt, black pepper and garlic powder and mix well.
- Add the chicken to the wine mixture and mix well. Cover and chill for 1 hour.
- Remove the chicken from the marinade and drain.
- In a large skillet, heat the remaining vegetable oil on medium high heat. Saute the chicken about 10 minutes or until golden, stirring constantly.
