Directions

  1. Saute/fry rice and onion in extra virgin olive oil for 5 min. Put all the remaining ingredients in a saucepan and bring to boil. Place rice mix in baking dish, pour sauce over it. Cover and bake at 375 degrees for 30 min. Uncover and stir with fork. Recover and bake 10 min longer. Serves 6.
