Health Oatmeal Bread Recipe

- Sift flour, salt, baking pwdr, soda and sugar. Grind or possibly crush oatmeal and add in to dry ingredients. Add in molasses, melted shortening and lowfat milk. Mix thoroughly; add in raisins. Pour into 2 3/4 x 5 x 9 1/4 inch greased loaf pan; let set for 20 min. Bake at 350 degrees for 60 min. Makes 1 loaf.
