Looking for a refreshing replacement for chocolate that still gives your mouth that happy, rich, creamy, satisfying feel? Pricey, yes, and I only had a 6-ounce bag to play with, but pili nuts are the balm!!! Oh the things I would create if I had a few pounds of these!! When mixed in a food processor or blender, the consistency is a silky smooth, ultra-creamy gift from heaven!While they are expensive...every now and then, it's fun to treat yourself to a bit of sheer healthy decadence. Hazelnut - Pili Nut Chocolate Crunch

Ingredients:

Directions:

1. In food processor, mix pili nuts until creamy. Scrape down sides of bowl. Add cacao powder, extract, salt and Hazelnut Cloud.

2. Transfer to a bowl, dividing mixture in half.

3. Add sesame seeds and chopped nuts to one batch. Add coconut and raisins to another. See other options to add above.

4. Pour into candy molds, or spread on a sheet of parchment paper. Refrigerate for 2 hours and serve.

5. Store in refrigerator or freezer. Don't worry, they won't last long!

Option:

Add different flavor extracts or essential oils - raspberry, mint, almond, orange, etc.
