Ingredients

  • 1 x Leek, minced
  • 3 x Cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 Tbsp. Oil
  • 1 Tbsp. All-purpose flour
  • 2 c. Boiling water
  • 1 Tbsp. Minced parsley
  • 1 c. Raw peas
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1/8 tsp Black pepper
  • 1 lb Halibut steak

Directions

  1. Stir in flour, cook for 1 minute. add in water. cook, stirring ,till smooth and thickened add in remaining ingredients except halibut simmer for 15 min Place fish in flameproof baking dish. pour sauce over. simmer till fish is tenderserves 2
