GRILLED TILAPIA FILLETS Recipe

My friend, Bob, does the grilling for us on a regular basis. Bob grills a great steak and delicious pork chops but decided he wanted to do some fish. He made these tilapia fillets for us on Friday. They turned out so good, I had to post the recipe for you to try. We all need fish in our diets and I am hoping Bob comes up with more great recipes in the future!

Cook the pepper and onion in skillet on top of the stove until tender. (Don’t overcook). Add ketchup, garlic salt and bay leaves. Simmer for 10 to 15 minutes. Place tilapia fillets in Reynolds wrap, sprinkle with salt and pepper. Pour the peppers and onions over the fillets, seal edges of foil. Place on hot grill, turning foil package once during cooking. Grill about six minutes on each side. Makes 4 servings. Enjoy!

Note: I think this recipe could be done in the oven as well. Just wrap fish in foil and add sauce, cook on 400 degrees until fish is tender.
