Ingredients

  • 1 lb Fish Fillets,Fresh or possibly Frzn
  • 2 Tbsp. Margarine Or possibly Butter
  • 1/4 c. Lemon Juice
  • 1 Tbsp. Minced Parsley
  • 1 tsp Dill Weed
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1/4 tsp Pepper
  • 1 x Paprika
  • 1 x Med. Onion, Thinly Sliced

Directions

  1. On 4 large buttered squares of heavy-duty aluminum foil, place equal amounts of fish. In small saucepan, heat margarine; add in lemnon juice, parsley, dill weed, salt and pepper. Pour equal amounts over fish.
  2. Sprinkle with paprika; top with onion slices. Wrap foil securely around fish, leaving space for fish to expand. Grill 5 to 7 min on each side or possibly till fish flakes with fork. Chill leftovers.
