Ingredients

  • 4 lrg carrot, peeled, parboiled, and, cut in half into 3" pcs
  • 2 Tbsp. extra virgin olive oil salt pepper Lemon And Ginger Basting Sauce
  • 1 x juice of one lemon
  • 1 tsp lemon, zest
  • 1 tsp grated ginger
  • 2 Tbsp. extra virgin olive oil

Directions

  1. In a bowl toss the carrots with oil and season with salt and pepper. Grill on medium high heat for 8-10 min basting with sauce.
  2. Lemon And Ginger Basting Sauce:Whisk the basting ingredients together and set aside.
