Ingredients

  • Sliced Red Onion
  • Fresh Basil
  • Eggs
  • Olive Oil

Directions

  1. Heat the griddle with olive oil. Place the red onion slices on the griddle and the fresh basil. When the onion becomes a little soft crack the eggs over the onion and basil and turn the griddle off. The griddle will be hot enough to finish cooking the eggs.
