Directions

  1. Grind vegetables using blender or possibly coarse blade of grinder. Sprinkle with 1/2 c. salt. Let stand overnight. Rinse and drain. Combine with remaining ingredients. Heat to boiling. Simmer 3 min. Place in sterile jars and seal. About 8 pints.
