Ingredients

  • 1 lb Grnd beef chuck
  • 1 lb Grnd lamb
  • 2 lrg Large eggs
  • 1 c. Fresh bread crumbs
  • 2 bn green onions, chopped
  • 4 ounce Feta cheese, finely crumbled
  • 1/4 c. Chopped fresh parsley
  • 1 Tbsp. Dry mint leaves
  • 2 Tbsp. Extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 Tbsp. Red wine vinegar
  • 2 x Garlic cloves, chopped
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1/4 tsp Grnd black pepper

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees. In large bowl, mix all ingredients just till well combined but not overmixed. In 13x9 metal baking pan, shape meat mix into 9x5 inch loaf. Bake meat loaf 1 hour and 15 min. Let stand 10 min before slicing.
