Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 c. sifted all purpose flour
  • 1 1/2 teaspoon baking pwdr
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 c. butter (4 ounce) or possibly butter
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 1 lg. egg
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1/2 teaspoon grated lemon peel
  • 3/4 c. lowfat sour cream
  • 2 c. seedless grapes
  • 1/3 c. packed brown sugar
  • 2 T butter
  • 2 T flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon grnd nutmeg

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.Resift flour with baking pwdr, soda and salt. Cream butter with sugar, add in egg, vanilla and lemon peel and beat well. Blend in flour mix alternately with lowfat sour cream, making a moderately stiff dough.
  2. Spread half dough mix in well-greased 8 inch spring-form pan. Sprinkle with half the grapes and half streusel. Repeat layers. Bake about 1 hour, till pick inserted near center comes out clean. Let stand 10 to 15 min before removing sides of pan.
  3. Put together and blend to fine crumbs.
