  1. Stir butter, sugar, lowfat milk and cocoa together and boil one minute. Take off fire and add in: 1/2 c. peanut butter (1 c. coconut may be substituted) and 3 c. quick cooking oatmeal. Mix and drop by spoonfuls onto wax paper.
