Pin Share Tweet Yum Stumble I don’t know about you but the one thing I can barely pass by in the grocery is a rotisserie chicken; especially if I’m at Costco where they’re always just freshly roasted. I can’t even remember the last time I roasted a chicken because these are just to easy to buy and so easy to use. I seldom buy one for a full meal either. I might have a small dinner with a thigh piece the night I bring one home but for me the reason I cannot walk on by is because I just LOVE homemade chicken salad and they make pulling one together like this Gorgonzola Chicken Salad Sandwich with Grapes and Walnuts so I have to give Sprouts some credit for the idea.
