Boston Lettuce With Grapes And Walnuts Recipe

Ingredients

  • 2-4 sm. heads Boston or possibly butter lettuce, washed & torn in bite-size pcs
  • 2/3 c. walnut pcs
  • 1/2 c. Feta cheese, crumbled (4 ounce.)
  • 1 c. seedless grapes, red or possibly white, sliced in half
  • 5 tbsp. walnut oil
  • 3 tbsp. vegetable oil
  • 2 tbsp. white wine vinegar
  • Salt & pepper

Directions

  1. In a large salad bowl toss together lettuce, walnuts, crumbled cheese and grapes. In a small screw top jar combine oils, vinegar and freshly grnd black pepper to taste. Shake well till dressing appears creamy. Drizzle dressing over salad and toss just before serving. 4-6 servings.
