Ingredients

  • 1 c. Corn Meal, White If Poss.
  • 1 c. Unbleached Flour
  • 1 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 10 ounce Cheddar, Sharp, Shredded
  • 1 c. Lowfat milk
  • 1/4 c. Butter, Melted
  • 1 x Egg, Lg, Beaten
  • 1 Tbsp. Baking Pwdr

Directions

  1. Combine the dry ingredients and then stir in the cheddar cheese. Combine the lowfat milk, butter and egg then add in them to the dry ingredients, mixing till just moistened. Pour into a greased 8-inch square baking pan and bake at 425 degrees F for 35 min. Serve warm.
