Ingredients

  • 1 c. red seedless grapes
  • 1 c. green seedless grapes
  • 1 c. cubed cantaloupe
  • 1 c. cubed fresh pineapple
  • 1 can mandarin oranges - (11 ounce) liquid removed
  • 1 x nectarine cut 1/2" pcs
  • 1/2 c. halved strawberries
  • 1/2 c. thin jicama strips
  • 1/4 c. orange juice
  • 1 ct orange low-fat yogurt - (8 ounce)
  • 1 Tbsp. minced fresh basil Fresh basil sprig for garnish

Directions

  1. Combine first 9 ingredients. Refrigerate1 hour.
  2. Stir together yogurt and minced basil. Spoon over fruit mix, and garnish, if you like.
  3. This recipe yields 6 servings.
  4. Comments: Leftover jicama can be substituted for water chestnuts in stir-fries.
