  • 1 x Egg -- beaten
  • 3 1/2 c. Flour -- plus 1 tbsp
  • 1 c. Lowfat milk
  • 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 6 dsh Warm sauce
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 3/4 tsp Pepper
  • 1 quart Sliced dill pickles Salt Pepper Vegetable oil

Directions

  1. Combine egg, 1 tbsp flour, lowfat milk, worcestershire sauce, and warm sauce; stirring well. Set aside. Combine 3.1/2 c. flour, salt, and pepper; mix well. Dip liquid removed pickles into lowfat milk mix and dredge in flour mix.
  2. Deep fry at 350 till pickles float to the surface. Drain.
