Ingredients

  • 1 pkt (3 3/4 ounce) instant vanilla pudding
  • 1/2 tsp Cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp Nutmeg
  • 2 c. Lowfat milk
  • 1 c. Lowfat sour cream Fresh fruit

Directions

  1. In a small bowl whisk together pudding mix,and spices gradually add in the lowfat milk; beating at low speed till well blended. Add in lowfat sour cream;mix well.
  2. Refrigerateat least 2 hrs before serving. For dipping, serve with fresh fruit such as apples, and pear slices or possibly grapes; strawberies or possibly even pineapple wedges. This also makes a fast dessert. After mixing pour pudding into 6 6 oz glasses. Refrigerateat least 2 hours. Top with dollops of whipped cream. At Christmas add in some peppermint candy crushed layer between pudding. Top with a small candy cane.
