Ingredients

  • 1 x (9-inch) baked graham cracker pie crust
  • 1/4 lb Butter
  • 1 c. Confectioner's sugar
  • 2 x Large eggs, beaten
  • 2 ounce Chocolate bits
  • 1/2 tsp Peppermint extract
  • 1/2 pt Whipping cream

Directions

  1. Cream butter & sugar well; add in beaten Large eggs, one spoonful at a time, mixing till smooth after each addition. Heat chocolate over warm water & cold.
  2. Stir chocolate into egg mix & mix well. Add in flavoring & pour into pie shell. Top with whipped cream & refrigerate12 hrs before serving.
