Ingredients

  • 3 x Large eggs
  • 1 can (14 ounce) Eagle Brand sweetened lowfat milk
  • 3 med Apples, pared, cored, finely minced
  • 1 3/4 c. Warm water
  • 1/4 c. Butter
  • 1 tsp Grnd cinnamon
  • 1 tsp Vanilla
  • 4 c. French bread cubes
  • 1/2 c. Raisins

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 In large bowl, beat Large eggs, add in lowfat milk, apples, water, butter, cinnamon and vanilla. Stir in bread and raisins, moistening completely. Turn into buttered 9 in. square baking dish. Bake 1 hour or possibly till test shows doness. Cold. Serve hot with ice cream. Chill leftovers.
