Epicure Party Brings Gluten Free Delight to the Table
One of our followers Kimberly, contacted me because she was having someone come to her place to host an Epicure Party when she found out that Epicure has a line of gluten free products (mainly gluten free dips and sauces). This is something that I kind of knew, but had not experienced first hand, so I asked Kimberly if she can submit a blog post about it. Here is what Kimberly had to say:
I decided to have an Epicure Party this past weekend. I’m not much for parties of this type but I heard their products are now gluten free. My 4yr old has Celiac Disease and its always nice to find new things that he can try AND hopefully like!

.%20%20This%20is%20something%20that%20I%20kind%20of%20knew,%20but%20had%20not%20experienced%20first%20hand,%20so%20I%20asked%20Kimberly%20if%20she%20can%20submit%20a%20blog%20post%20about%20it.%20%20Here%20is%20what%20Kimberly%20had%20to%20say:%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EI%20decided%20to%20have%20an%20Epicure%20Party%20this%20past%20weekend.%20I%E2%80%99m%20not%20much%20for%20parties%20of%20this%20type%20but%20I%20heard%20their%20products%20are%20now%20gluten%20free.%20My%204yr%20old%20has%20Celiac%20Disease%20and%20its%20always%20nice%20to%20find%20new%20things%20that%20he%20can%20try%20AND%20hopefully%20like!%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EShelly%20is%20a%20consultant%20with%20Epicure%20and%20she%20gave%20me%20a%20package%20of%20the%20Cha%20Cha%20Chili%20mix%20to%20make%20for%20the%20party%20to%20serve.%20It%20was%20great!%20Perfect%20flavours,%20not%20spicy%20but%20not%20bland%20either.%20(the%20ones%20I%E2%80%99ve%20tried%20making%20never%20seem%20to%20turn%20out!).%20Best%20of%20all,%20Devin%20loved%20it!%20Shelly%20also%20brought%20a%20variety%20of%20dips%20for%20us%20to%20try.%20Lemon%20Dilly%20was%20my%20favorite,%20Ranch%20was%20Devin%E2%80%99s%20and%20we%20both%20loved%20the%20fruit%20dip.%20Not%20only%20do%20they%20offer%20many%20different%20dips%20which%20you%20can%20mix%20with%20your%20own%20ingredients%20such%20as%20sour%20cream,%20yogurt,%20mayonnaise%20etc.%20they%20have%20the%20pre-mix%20packages%20such%20as%20the%20Pulled%20Pork%20mix,%20Cha%20Cha%20Chili%20(which%20we%20made)%20and%20the%20Slow%20cooker%20Stampede%20BBQ%20Ribs.%20They%20also%20have%20seasonings%20for%20a%20Big%20Burger%20Sauce%20which%20Devin%20and%20I%20both%20loved%20too.%20Similar%20to%20the%20Big%20Mac%20sauce%20but%20WAY%20better.%20%20%20It%20doesn%E2%80%99t%20end%20there,%20they%20have%20a%20variety%20of%20drinks%20which%20can%20be%20served%20hot%20or%20cold.%20On%20top%20of%20that,%20they%20have%20many%20different%20kitchen%20gadgets.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3ETo%20end%20the%20day,%20we%20ate%20the%20instant%20Chocolate%20Pudding%20which%20Shelly%20gave%20us%20to%20try%20as%20well,%20I%20would%20have%20taken%20a%20picture%20but%20it%20didn%E2%80%99t%20last%202%20minutes!%20The%20whole%20family%20loved%20the%20pudding.%20I%20love%20the%20way%20you%20can%20get%20different%20recipes%20and%20idea%E2%80%99s%20from%20the%20website.%20If%20you%20are%20in%20need%20of%20a%20nice%20gluten%20free%20change%20from%20the%20same%20old,%20just%20call%20Shelly,%20you%20can%20have%20a%20party%20and%20enjoy%20tasting%20different%20things%20or%20you%20can%20just%20order%20directly%20from%20her.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EShelly%20Ferguson%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EShellyferguson1796@gmail.com%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3Ewww.shellyferguson.myepicure.com%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EGluten%20Free%20Edmonton%20-%20A%20Celiac%20guide%20and%20resource%20for%20gluten%20free%20information%20in%20Edmonton,%20Alberta%3C/p%3E){kind=link}
