Ingredients
- 1/2 cup butter, softened
- 1 cup white granulated sugar
- 2 teaspoons egg replacer powder, like Ener-G
- 1/4 cup water
- 1/4 cup molasses
- 1 and 1/2 cup whole wheat pastry flour
- 3/4 cup quick cooking oats
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 2 teaspoons ground ginger
- 1/4 teaspoons salt
- sugar for rolling
- Roll the dough into 1-inch balls and roll it again in the additional sugar. (See My Notes)
