- 1/2 c. butter
- 3 beaten Large eggs
- 2 c. lowfat milk
- 1 c. whole wheat flour
- 1/2 c. all purpose flour
- 1/2 c. oatmeal
- 1/4 c. wheat germ
- 1 teaspoon baking pwdr
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
Directions
- Soften butter. Add in Large eggs and lowfat milk and blend. Stir in dry ingredients till just blended. Bake in preheated waffle iron.
