Egg, Ham, Cheese Bake

Ingredients

  • 2 c. grated cheese (Velveeta)
  • 2 c. diced ham
  • 7 Large eggs
  • 3 c. lowfat milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 2 c. crushed cornflakes
  • 1/4 c. butter
  • Approximately 1/2 loaf of bread with cut crusts

Directions

  1. Grease 9 x 13 inch pan. Line pan with bread slices. Sprinkle 2 c. grated cheese. Add in 2 c. of diced ham. Add in another layer of bread slices. Beat the Large eggs and add in lowfat milk, mustard and salt. Pour mix in pan. Sprinkle crushed corn flakes on top. Dot with butter. Make the night before, cover with foil and chill. Remove foil and bake 1 hour at 350 degrees. Let stand 15 min before serving.
