Ingredients

  • 1/2 c. Extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 sm Onion
  • 1 x Garlic clove
  • 1 can Crushed tomato (16 ounce) Parmesan cheese Parsley Basil Water
  • 1/2 lb Ditalini #24 Salt and pepper

Directions

  1. In a saucepan saute/fry onions and garlic in oil till slightly browned. Add in tomatoes and beans, cook 1/2 hour. Add in parsley and basil to taste. Cook macaroni according to package. Drain about half of the water, leave the rest in the pasta. Add in bean mix, sprinkle with cheese. Serve warm.
