Ingredients

  • 1 x (11 ounce) can Green Giant Super Sweet Yellow and White Corn, undrained
  • 2 c. lowfat milk
  • 3 Tbsp. butter or possibly margarine
  • 1/2 tsp salt, if you like
  • 1/8 tsp grnd black pepper
  • 2 c. Hungry Jack Mashed Potato Flakes
  • 1/2 c. lowfat sour cream
  • 2 Tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 Tbsp. real bacon bits

Directions

  1. In medium saucepan, combine corn, lowfat milk, margarine, salt and pepper; mix well. Cook over medium heat till mix is warm and bubbly. Remove from heat. Stir in potato flakes and lowfat sour cream till well blended. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and bacon bits.
  2. Yield: 4 to 8 servings.
