  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon zest
  • 1/2 cup freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1 14-ounce can sweetened condensed milk
  • Topping
  • 1 pint (2 cups) whipping cream
  • 1/3 cup powdered sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • optional: Candied Lemon Slices for Garnish
  • optional: Additional crushed graham crackers for garnish
