Ingredients

  • 1 can Eagle Brand sweetened condensed lowfat milk
  • 1/2 c. lemon juice (approx. 2 lemons)
  • 2 egg yolks, beaten
  • Sprinkling of lemon rind
  • Baked pastry shell, cooled

Directions

  1. Or possibly graham cracker crust, or possibly chocolate cookie crust is good.
  2. Mix all ingredients together till well blended. Spread into baked shell and chill. Top pie with meringue or possibly whipped cream or possibly Cold Whip.
