Easy Homemade Vegetable Beef Soup

Ingredients

  • 1 pound stew meat
  • 2 (16 ounce.) cans Veg-All
  • 2 (8 ounce.) cans tomato sauce
  • 2 sm. potatoes
  • Rice
  • Spaghetti noodles

Directions

  1. Season meat as desired. Simmer in shortening till tender. Add in the tomato sauce, juice from vegetables, and water to desired consistency. Cut up potatoes and add in to mix with about 1/8 to 1/4 c. raw rice. Break up a small amount of raw spaghetti noodles and put in soup. After rice and spaghetti is cooked, add in your mixed vegetables and continue cooking till thoroughly heated.
  2. Add in water if necessary throughout cooking. Soups tastes better if it is allowed to sit awhile to absorb the flavor.
