Ingredients

  • 2 loaves frzn bread dough
  • 1 c. brown sugar
  • 2 T lowfat milk
  • 1 lg. pkg. vanilla pudding (not instant)
  • 1/2 c. butter
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon

Directions

  1. Thaw bread dough but don't permit to rise. Tear one loaf into pcs and place in bottom of buttered 9x13 inch pan. Heat butter, add in brown sugar, dry pudding mix, lowfat milk and cinnamon. Mix and pour over bread pcs. Tear second loaf into pcs and arrange over top. Let rise 2 1/2 to 3 hrs. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 min.
