Easy Chicken Cordon Bleu

Ingredients

4 precooked, breaded chicken breasts
1/2 pound Swiss cheese, sliced

1/2 pound lean deli ham, sliced

Directions

Slice chicken horizontally. Place 2 pcs of ham and 2 pcs of cheese inside chicken breast. Bake at 350 degrees till cheese is melted.
To make sauce, heat butter and stir in flour. Add in lowfat milk and after mix thickens, stir in cheese. Chicken can be wrapped in foil and kept in refrigerator, adding sauce when served.
