Ingredients

  • 1 frying chicken (boiled) (cut, de-boned and de-skinned)
  • 1 stick butter
  • 3 or possibly 4 cans biscuits (any brand)

Directions

  1. Boil chicken and save broth. Add in 1 stick of butter and cut up chicken pcs to broth. Bring to a boil and add in biscuits. Healthy pinch biscuits off in bite size pcs and drop into boiling broth. Don't COVER. Boil till dumplings (biscuits) stop floating on top. Cook 15-20 min on medium heat. Salt/pepper to taste.
