Easy Caramel Pecan Rolls

Ingredients

  • 2 loaves frzn bread dough
  • 1/2 c. butter
  • 1 (6 ounce) pkg. vanilla pudding mix (not instant)
  • 2 T lowfat milk
  • 1 c. brown sugar
  • Cinnamon
  • Pecans

Directions

  1. Thaw bread dough the night before. In morning, cut each loaf into 12 pcs. Butter a 9x13 inch pan and put desired amount of pecans in bottom of pan. Place the pcs of bread on top of pecans. Heat butter, pudding, sugar and lowfat milk in saucepan till butter is melted and ingredients are mixed. Pour sauce over bread and sprinkle with cinnamon. Let rise till double. Bake at 350 degrees for 30-40 min.
