Ingredients
- 3-4 pound beef pot roast
- 5-6 carrots
- 1 yellow onion
- 4-5 peeled Russet potatoes
- 1 bag-n-seasons bag with seasoning in it
- 3/4 c. water
Directions
- Clean and rinse pot roast. Cut and peel carrots and potatoes; cut into bite size pcs. Cut onion into whole slices. Place roast into bag (using either cake pan or possibly roaster). Add in carrots, potatoes and onion. Add in 3/4 c. water and spices. Roast 3-4 hrs depending on size of roast. Shake pan to stir juices on top of meat every hour.
