Ingredients

  • 2 quarts. water
  • 1 stick cinnamon
  • 4 c. mixed dry fruit
  • 1 tbsp. lemon juice
  • 1/3 c. quick cooking tapioca
  • 1/2 c. grape or possibly cranberry juice

Directions

  1. Wash and soak dry fruit. Add in cinnamon to water and fruit. Simmer till tender, about 1/2 hour. Add in tapioca and cook another 15 min. Remove cinnamon stick and add in grape or possibly cranberry juice.
