Ingredients
- 1/4 pound butter
- 1 c. graham cracker crumbs
- 1 (6 ounce.) pkg. butterscotch bits
- 1 c. coconut
- 1 (6 ounce.) pkg. chocolate or possibly peanut butter bits
- 1 can sweetened condensed lowfat milk
- 1/2 c. minced walnuts or possibly pecans
Directions
- Heat butter in bottom of 9x12 pan. Mix cracker crumbs in the melted butter and smooth them in bottom of pan. Add in a layer of butterscotch bits, then a layer of coconut. Next add in peanut butter or possibly chocolate bits.
- Spread can of lowfat milk on top and sprinkle with nuts. Bake 35 min at 350 degrees.
