Directions

  1. Heat butter in bottom of 9x12 pan. Mix cracker crumbs in the melted butter and smooth them in bottom of pan. Add in a layer of butterscotch bits, then a layer of coconut. Next add in peanut butter or possibly chocolate bits.
  2. Spread can of lowfat milk on top and sprinkle with nuts. Bake 35 min at 350 degrees.
