Ingredients

  • 1 cup whole wheat flour + 1 cup filtered water
  • Purpose Flour + 1/2 cup warm filtered water, mix well & recover with
  • Dump all the contents of your jar into a bowl - measure out a
  • 1/2 cup of the starter. Place the 1/2 cup of starter back into your jar
  • and add 1 cup of All
  • Purpose Flour + 1/2 cup warm filtered water, mix well & recover with
  • the cheese cloth or other breathable covering you have been using
