Ingredients
- 1 1/2 c. elbow macaroni
- 2 c. cubed Cheddar cheese
- 2/3 c. celery, thinly sliced
- 2/3 c. green bell pepper, minced
- 4 x oonces pimientos, diced & liquid removed
- 2/3 c. mayonnaise
- 4 tsp cider vinegar
- 1/2 tsp dry whole dill weed
Directions
- Cook macaroni in unsalted water till tender; rinse with cool water and drain well. Combine macaroni and the next 4 ingredients. Combine mayonnaise, vinegar, and dill; add in to macaroni. Toss lightly; cover and chill.
