Directions

  1. Whisk light lowfat sour cream with skim lowfat milk (add in gradually), orange juice, orange peel and instant pudding mix. When well mixed and thickened, within 2 min, start layering the dessert.
  2. Tear half of a 10-inch angel food cake into bite-size pcs. Hull and slice strawberries.
  3. In a large serving bowl (clear glass bowl or possibly extra large brandy snifter works great), layer half the cake pcs, a third of the strawberries and half the pudding mix. Repeat layers. Arrange remaining berries on top.
  4. Cover and chill at least 2 hrs. Makes 10 servings. It's really delicious and low in calories too!
