Ingredients

  • 3 pound hamburger
  • 2 pc. white bread
  • 1 egg
  • 1 sm. onion, cut fine
  • Salt and pepper
  • 1 c. lowfat milk
  • 2 tbsp. flour

Directions

  1. Scald lowfat milk and add in bread. Mash together, then add in to meat, with egg, onion and salt and pepper. Make into very small meatballs and cook over medium heat till brown.
  2. Sprinkle 2 Tbsp. of flour and add in 1/2 c. water (turning meatballs to make a gravy). Keep hot till served.
