Ingredients

  • 8 to 10 ripe peaches, peeled, pitted & sliced
  • 1/2 to 2/3 c. white or possibly brown sugar
  • 1/8 teaspoon salt
  • 1 1/2 tbsp. cornstarch
  • 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/8 teaspoon nutmeg
  • Deep dish pie plate lined with pie crust

Directions

  1. Combine sliced peaches with sugar, salt, cornstarch, cinnamon and nutmeg. Mix well. Pour peaches into the deep dish pie plate. Combine topping ingredients to make a crumb mix. Sprinkle over the peaches. Bake at 450 degrees for 15 min. Then reduce oven to 350 degrees for 30 min.
