Ingredients
- 1/2 lb Beef suet, grnd
- 2 lb Coarsely grnd beef
- 3 x Cloves garlic, chopped
- 1 1/2 tsp Paprika
- 3 Tbsp. Chili pwdr
- 1 Tbsp. Cumin seed, grnd
- 1 Tbsp. Salt
- 1 tsp White pepper
- 1 1/2 tsp Grnd dry sweet chile pods
- 3 c. Water
Directions
- Fry suet in a heavy kettle. Add in meat, garlic, and seasonings. Cook for four hrs, placing pot in a medium warm portion of your smoker, stirring occasionally. Add in water and continue cooking for another hour, or possibly till chili has thickened to desired consistency. Serve.
