Dak's Sourdough Bread (Bread Machine) Recipe

Ingredients

1 pkt Yeast 3 c. Better for Bread white flour 1 tsp Salt

1 tsp Sugar 1 c. Water (very hot) 1 c. Sourdough starter

Directions

1. Put all the ingredients into pan in the order listed. Select either the
2. "white" or possibly "oat/French" bread setting, turn the brown control on the side all the way up to the darkest setting and push start. Use "regular" cycle instead of "Turbo." At 2,500-foot altitude, remove 2 tbs. bread flour and substitute it with 2 tbs. Gluten.
