  • 1/3 C vegetable oil
  • 1 C Silk Cashew Milk
  • 2 tsp. vinegar
  • 3 Tbsp. fresh squeezed lemon juice
  • zest of a lemon
  • glaze:
  • 1/4 C Silk Cashew Milk
  • 3/4 C powdered sugar
  • 3 tsp. fresh squeezed lemon juice
  • some of the lemon pulp
