Ingredients

  • 1 c. rice
  • 1/2 c. peas
  • 1/4 c. French dressing
  • 3/4 c. mayonnaise
  • 1/4 c. onion, chopped
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 3/4 teaspoon curry pwdr
  • 1/2 teaspoon dry mustard
  • 1/8 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/2 c. cauliflowerettes
  • 1/2 c. radishes, thinly sliced
  • 1/2 c. celery, diced

Directions

  1. Cook rice and peas. toss together with French dressing; chill. Mix mayonnaise, onion, salt, curry pwdr, dry mustard, pepper and cauliflower. Chill. Just before serving, combine rice mix and curry mix with radishes and celery. Serve on lettuce. Makes 8 servings.
