Ingredients
1 1/2 c. diced celery
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. salad oil
3 tbsp. vinegar
2 teaspoon curry pwdr
1/2 teaspoon Accent (optional)
1 tbsp. soy sauce
1/2 teaspoon sugar
1 pkg. green peas
1 (7 ounce.) box cooked rice
2 (7 1/2 ounce.) cans shrimp
Directions
Mix first 8 ingredients. Chill, then mix peas, rice and shrimp. Chill 6-8 hrs. Garnish with toasted almonds if you like.
