Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 c. diced celery
  • 1/2 c. chopped onion
  • 1/2 c. salad oil
  • 3 tbsp. vinegar
  • 2 teaspoon curry pwdr
  • 1/2 teaspoon Accent (optional)
  • 1 tbsp. soy sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon sugar
  • 1 pkg. green peas
  • 1 (7 ounce.) box cooked rice
  • 2 (7 1/2 ounce.) cans shrimp

Directions

  1. Mix first 8 ingredients. Chill, then mix peas, rice and shrimp. Chill 6-8 hrs. Garnish with toasted almonds if you like.
