Ingredients

  • 2 Tbsp. Oil
  • 1 lrg Onion, minced
  • 4 lrg Leeks, washed & sliced
  • 12 ounce Potatoes, diced
  • 1 pch Arame weed
  • 1 tsp Rosemary
  • 1/2 tsp Curry pwdr
  • 1 3/4 pt Water
  • 1 x Garlic clove Soy sause, to taste

Directions

  1. Heat oil in a soup pot & saute/fry the onion & leeks for 5 min. Add in the potatoes, arame, rosemary, curry pwdr & water. Stir well, bring to the boil, reduce heat, cover & cook for 20 min. Blend till smooth in a blender with the garlic clove & soy sauce. Reheat & serve.
