Curried Fruit Sauce For Turkey

Ingredients

  • 1 (11 ounce.) can mandarin oranges
  • 1 tbsp. cornstarch
  • 1 tbsp. packed brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon chicken bouillon granules
  • 1/2 teaspoon curry pwdr
  • 1/8 teaspoon grnd ginger
  • 1/2 c. green grapes, cut in halves
  • Warm sliced turkey

Directions

  1. Drain and reserve juice from oranges. Add in water to make 1 1/2 c.. In small saucepan combine cornstarch, sugar, bouillon, curry pwdr, and ginger. Gradually add in reserved liquid. Cook over medium high heat. Heat till thickened. Stir in oranges and grapes. Serve over turkey. Makes 2 1/2 c. sauce.
