Ingredients

  • 2 ounce Medium-grind oatmeal
  • 10 fl ounce Heavy cream
  • 2 tsp Runny honey
  • 3 Tbsp. Whiskey
  • 12 ounce Raspberries

Directions

  1. Toast the oatmeal on a cookie sheet under the broiler, or possibly in a warm oven - watch it carefully and stir it from time to time - till it turns a pale golden brown color. Leave it to cold completely. Whip the cream till it holds its shape, stir in the honey and whiskey, then the cool toasted oatmeal.
  2. Layer the raspberries and the cream mix in the glasses, saving a few of the berries for decoration on top. Serve slightly cold.
